An Introduction to Dynamic Motion Control

Tai Cheng’s secret to success is Dynamic Motion Control. Dynamic Motion Control involves the use of gentle flowing movements designed to help you open up your joints, untie painful muscle knots, increase flexibility, and improve balance. In the 90 days you follow this program, you will learn Tai Chi’s 18 key healing movements, and it is through all this how you will be able to live an active lifestyle with less pain. First, you’ll learn the individual movements. Next, you will combine these new learned movements and postures together to create combinations, which eventually will lead to longer series of combinations designed to help you feel younger. This step-by-step learning process is what will let you learn the practice of Tai Chi without the overwhelming feeling of learning too many moves at once.

You will actually improve your health as you age instead of the much accepted notion of health declining with age. The therapeutic movements and postures involved in this program have been proven to improve circulation, increase lung capacity, and increase muscle strength. To get the most out of this video set you’ll need:

Painters’ Tape ($3)
18″ or bigger foam roller ($10 – $15)
2 resistance bands, one being a higher resistance than the other ($10 ish).

When it asks for a yellow band, use the lower resistance band.
When it asks for a green band, use the higher resistance band.

PLEASE note that there are 2 different schedules depending on whether you want to do Basic or Master… In order to avoid having duplicate videos in this set I’ve laid things out using the Basic schedule. If you choose to do the full master set with the Qi Gong you’ll only have to watch an extra video here and there. I’ve done my usual job of renaming all the videos to useful file names to make your life easier.

Start out by watching the Master Scroll DVD. This disc is full of everything you’ll need to know about the Tai Cheng program.

Each week consists of a 6 day workout, hence the 6 videos per week. As this is the Master kit the Master Class and Qi Gong discs are included. Also, the Applied Tai Cheng and Body Alignment discs bonuses are included as well. The “Master Class” and “Qi Gong” videos are in AVI while the rest are in M4V format because the M4V set was the Tai Cheng Basic Set and I had to get the “Master Kit” upgrade materials from another source. Don’t worry, the M4Vs are 720×480 and the AVIs are 704×384 so they’re both damn good quality. For those who want hard numbers (each from a random file):
